First Half: Chelsea Dominate Early

Noah managed to hold Chelsea off briefly after halftime, but Christopher Nkunku eventually found the net after pouncing on his own rebound, scoring from a tight angle to make it 7-0. Referee Christian-Petru Ciochirca then awarded Chelsea a penalty following a controversial collision in the box, and Nkunku converted with ease, netting his second and Chelsea’s eighth of the night.
Despite Chelsea’s dominance, they ultimately fell just short of a record-breaking ninth goal, though their emphatic win solidified their reputation as heavy Conference League favorites.
